After a special viewing of the musical fountain at Futala, the over 200 delegates of C20 will experience a collage of pallettes on their taste buds, with a menu designed to specifically highlight the local culture. Swadesh Singh, Sous-Sherpa for C20, and its secretariat in charge, said, "The gala dinner will basically showcase Nagpur's local flavours on a plate. In the open-to-air dinner event, the C20 foreign delegates will get to taste local cuisine, understand the recipes, and experience the incredibly rich and diverse food choices our country offers." He added that the menu has been curated with meticulous care by celebrity chef Vishnu Manohar.
