A Filipino dish, chicken adobo, has an amazing taste. We can’t stop the cravings anymore because of the way it is cooked. Chicken pieces are marinated in a mixture of peppercorns, peppery sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and bay leaves. Infused with a sense of tangy flavour, chicken adobo is simmered and cooked until the sauce thickens.
