Chicken pieces are marinated in a mixture of peppercorns, peppery sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and bay leaves. Infused with a sense of tangy flavour, chicken adobo is simmered and cooked until the sauce thickens.

D inner and film night is my jam. It’s how we as a family end the working week on a Friday night, and it’s absolutely how I’m going to finish 2023.
