Ingredients

Peeled and deveined shrimps - 1 kg
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic paste - 1 tspn
Lemon juice - 1
Salt (as required)
Oyster soya sauce - 1 tbsp
Crushed red chillies - 1 tspn
Dry basil leaves - 1 tspn
Coriander for garnishing

Preparation

1.In one tablespoon olive oil, sauté one teaspoon of garlic paste.

2.Add one kilo deveined and cleaned shrimps, sauté it.

3.Add juice of one lemon and soya sauce.

4.Add salt and red chillies flakes.

5.Sauté it on high flame till all water dries up and dish it out (remember not to overcook).

6.Sprinkle basil leaves over it.

7.Dish it out in a hot sizzler topped with bright coriander leaves.
