Pride Month aims to promote equality, inclusiveness, self-confidence, and awareness about LGBTQ+ individuals and we also need to build a safe atmosphere where individuals may be who they want to be and love who they want to love. Is there a more lovely way of doing it than with tasty foods that feature the rainbow flag's colours? Rainbow foods have been popular for a while, but right now is a particularly ideal time to enjoy vibrant food creations from around the globe. Take a look at these pride food recipes that would be a great option for your party.

Black icing

Fondant

2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 cups powdered sugar

2 tsp vanilla extract

Star-shaped piping tip

Sprinkles

Skewers

6 boxes of cake mix, in six colours of the rainbow

How To Make Unicorn Rainbow Cake

1. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to make the frosting. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer, then put aside.

2. To a separate bowl, add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and whisk until firm peaks form. Whipped cream should be gently folded into the icing dish.

3. Next, get some fondant or unicorn essence.

4. Shape one fondant piece into a horn, twist, and skewer. Add two additional fondant pieces and shape them into ears.

5. Apply edible glitter on the horn and ears.

6. Bake your cake mix into six rainbow-coloured layers and let them cool.

7. Spread some frosting on a cake stand, then put the top layer on top. The next layer of the cake should be added after adding extra frosting to the top and sides of the previous one. Continue doing this until the cake is completely covered with frosting and all layers are piled.

8. Use a black icing tube to make eyes. Place the ears on a skewer and place a horn in the cake's top tip.

9. Add hair with a star-shaped piping tip. Sprinkles can then be added to the cake's foundation and the hair making it look more beautiful.

10. And it's done, now serve it with your favourite drink.
